| Digital Video Recorders (DVR) from 4 cameras up to 32 cameras on one system We build our own systems in house using the excellent Alnet VDR-S Digital Video Recording system. VDR-S is a professional digital recording system with video transmission capability developed over many years by Alnet Systems Inc.of Poland Building our own systems in house allows to maintain excellent quality control and allows for easy expansion (i.e. 8-cameras up to 12-cameras) We only use Seagate SV35 hard drives for video recording. These are specially designed for the CCTV industry, not the standard PC hard drives most companies use. The system is available in 4, 8, 12, 16, 24 or 32 camera configuration with up to D1 resolution (DVD quality). Very long recording times can now be achieved, normally at least 30 days and often far more with up to 4.5Tb hard disc storage on-board – no more tapes to change! Recording can be continuous, scheduled or by motion detection. Events can be backed to CD Rom or DVD Rom using the built in DVD Writer. Alnet VDR-C Client application for mobile phones and PocektPC allows to monitor the system from any place on the world without any special devices. In such situation security has a full 'live' access to the cameras just by using simple pocket PDA along with wireless network board. This solution allows to efficiently increase security by reducing the number of security personnel. VDR-S digital recording system is perfect for remote monitoring of multi-installations spread throughout the large area. Transmission to the VDRC client application can be established with the use of cable or wireless transmission technologies like GPRS/EDGE based on TCP/IP protocol.
