| Maintenance of your system Even the best system installed eventually requires maintenance. We are specialists in the maintenance of CCTV , Access Control , and Door Entry systems thoughout Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire & Surrey.  For example, with a CCTV system, cameras will need cleaning & re-focusing. The DVR (Digital Video Recorder) will need cleaning out and possibly cooling fans replaced (It really is surprising how much dust can gather inside a case causing overheating) An Access Control or Door Entry system will need maintenance such as cleaning, adjustment, software updates etc....the list goes on. But, above all, a maintenance agreement on your system will give you the peace of mind, knowing that your system will be looked after. We do, of course, issue a full Parts & Labour Warranty with every new system installed but it is surprising how quickly the first year passes. We therefore, offer maintenance agreements for CCTV, Access Control & Door Entry systems. We provide three options:- GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE
We can also troubleshoot your existing system, if required. We can then give you a quotation for any new parts required or even a complete new system. Also, when we replace hard drives (used to record video on Digital Video Recorders), we only use hard drives recommended for CCTV video recording. These are specially designed for 24/7 service, not the standard PC hard drives most companies use. Repair of LJD Leviathan DVR's We have installed many of the LJD Leviathan Digital Video Recorders. Although they are actually a robust and reliable product, things can go wrong. We can carry out repairs and upgrades to these systems such hard drives, power supplies, fans and software re-install or upgrade.
